At Beambeauty, we are committed to delivering exceptional time management consulting services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all our consulting programs. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first two sessions, we will work with you to address your concerns or provide a partial refund.

Guarantee Period: First 14 days of engagement

Refund Amount: Up to 50% of paid fees

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled consultation sessions with the following notice periods:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full credit for rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% session fee charged
  • Less than 24 hours: Full session fee charged
  • No-show: Full session fee charged

Program Cancellation

If you need to cancel your consulting program:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of purchase: Full refund minus completed sessions
  • Cancellations after 7 days: Refund of unused sessions minus 20% administrative fee
  • Cancellations after 50% program completion: No refund available

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at reach@beambeauty.world
  • Provide your booking reference and reason for refund
  • Allow 10-14 business days for processing
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Custom materials and assessments already delivered
  • Administrative and setup fees
  • Third-party service costs

Rescheduling Sessions

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests with less notice may incur fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
